Pattern Data definition

Pattern Data means non-personally identifiable information, data and reports derived from or compiled through the Software, including but not limited to demographics data, mobility patterns, location data and trend data such as aggregated data and statistics indicating frequency of use and popularity of the Software and Software Services. For greater certainty, Pattern Data is data that does not identify a specific authorised user or data subject and is data which does not relate to a specific Customer’s business (including data relating to a specific Customer’s locations that receive the Services);

Examples of Pattern Data in a sentence

Related to Pattern Data

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Encounter Data Any Contractor accessing payments for services through the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Vermont Medicaid programs must provide encounter data to the Agency of Human Services and/or its departments and ensure that it can be linked to enrollee eligibility files maintained by the State.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.
