Pattern Data definition

Pattern Data means non-personally identifiable information, data and reports derived from or compiled through the Software, including but not limited to demographics data, mobility patterns, location data and trend data such as aggregated data and statistics indicating frequency of use and popularity of the Software and Software Services. For greater certainty, Pattern Data is data that does not identify a specific authorised user or data subject and is data which does not relate to a specific Customer’s business (including data relating to a specific Customer’s locations that receive the Services);

Examples of Pattern Data in a sentence

  • Travel Pattern Data is information associated with a Clipper® card’s trip start and end points, routes used, and date(s) and time(s) traveled.

  • Individual Clipper® card Travel Pattern Data is aggregated and provided to Institutions as anonymous usage data.

  • Examples of PII include but are not limited to: a person’s name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, toll tag number, license plate number, photograph of vehicle, and Travel Pattern Data.

  • Except as expressly stated herein, this Agreement does not grant the Customer, Authorised User or End User any Intellectual Property Rights, or any other rights or licences in respect of the Services, Pattern Data or the Documentation.

  • Individual Clipper card Travel Pattern Data is aggregated and provided to institutions as anonymous usage data.

  • Without limitation of the aforesaid, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that REDi and/or its licensors own all existing and future Intellectual Property Rights in the Services (including but not limited to the Software utilised for purposes of the Services), the Documentation and Pattern Data that may result as a result of the utilisation of the Services.

  • As between the company, User and User, all right and title to Pattern Data belongs to the company and accordingly the company is free to use Pattern Data for any purpose including the improvement of the Service of the Platform.
