The Process Date for a One-Time Pay a Bill or a Recurring Pay a Bill is always the date that is five (5) Business Days preceding the Due Date.
We may, in our discretion, stop or cancel payments or refuse to permit you to use Pay a Bill at any time.

To access the Internet Bill Pay Service you will need to log onto the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Federal online account access service, using your member number and Password associated with this service and then click on the Pay a Bill option on the navigation bar.
In order to provide sufficient time for payment to be received by your Payee, the Process Date for each payment should be at least five (5) Business Days prior to a due date (each a "Due Date") for your Pay a Bill.
If more than one Pay a Bill is scheduled for the same Business Day, we will, in our sole discretion, determine the order in which those payments are processed.
