PAYMENT AND COLLECTION definition

PAYMENT AND COLLECTION. All amounts payable hereunder are payable by check or wire transfer in immediately available funds to the account number specified by Lender, in lawful money of the United States. Borrower agrees to perform and comply with each of the covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements contained in every instrument now evidencing or securing said Indebtedness.
PAYMENT AND COLLECTION. All amounts payable hereunder are payable by check or wire transfer in immediately available funds to the account number specified by Xxxxxx, in lawful money of the United States. Xxxxxxxx agrees to perform and comply with each of the covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements contained in every instrument now evidencing or securing said Indebtedness.
PAYMENT AND COLLECTION. All payments are due within 25 days from the invoice date. Payments shall be in U.S. dollars. Buyer shall advise the Amkor Billing Department immediately of any discrepancies in regard to any invoice. Buyer agrees that all line items not in question or dispute shall be paid within the prescribed payment term. Amkor reserves the right to assess appropriate finance charges for delinquent payments. ACCEPTANCE/REJECTION: Claims for defects must be made in writing, within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the goods by Buyer. AMKOR authorization is required prior to Buyer return of goods to AMKOR for rework or credit. DELIVERY: AMKOR delivery of goods to carrier will constitute delivery of goods to the customer. RISK OF LOSS/INSURANCE. Buyer shall bear all risk of loss relating to all piece parts and other material provided to AMKOR by Buyer. Buyer shall provide insurance coverage door-to-door on all materials and equipment provided to AMKOR.

  • Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Net Collections With respect to any Corrected Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to all payments on account of interest and principal on such Mortgage Loan.

  • Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales, dispositions or securitizations attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of periodic finance charges, late fees, returned check fees and all other similar fees and charges billed or accrued and unpaid on an Account.

  • Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Xxxxxxx ALT-A Trust 2004-8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-8 - Master Servicer Collection Account," and which shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Investor Finance Charge Collections means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the Floating Allocation Percentage for the related Due Period and (ii) Allocable Finance Charge Collections deposited in the Collection Account for the related Due Period, minus (b) the aggregate amount of Servicer Interchange for the related Due Period.

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Final Collection Date means the Business Day following the termination of purchases under this Agreement on which all amounts to which the Purchasers shall be entitled in respect of Purchased Receivables and all other amounts owing to the Administrative Agent and the Purchasers hereunder and under the other Purchase Documents are paid in full.

  • Exchange Note Collection Account means the account established under Section 4.1(a) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Collections means all cash, checks, notes, instruments, and other items of payment (including insurance proceeds, proceeds of cash sales, rental proceeds, and tax refunds).

  • Primary Servicer Collection Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(c)(7) of this Agreement.

  • Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Servicer in respect of any waived Prepayment Charges pursuant to Section 2.05 or Section 3.01.

  • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.

  • SUBI Collections has the meaning set forth in the Indenture.

  • Debt collection means the collection of unpaid tolls and applicable administrative fees by (i) 750 retention of a third-party debt collector or (ii) collection practices undertaken by employees of a toll 751 facility operator that are materially similar to a third-party debt collector.

  • Shared Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, either (a) the amount allocated to the Investor Certificates which may be applied to the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to other outstanding Series in Group One or (b) the amounts allocated to the investor certificates of other Series in Group One which the applicable Supplements for such Series specify are to be treated as "Shared Principal Collections" and which may be applied to cover the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to the Investor Certificates.
