PAYMENT AS DUE. With reasonable promptness after Landlord has received the tax bills for any Tax Year, Landlord shall furnish Tenant with a statement (herein called "Landlord's Tax Statement") setting forth the amount of Real Estate Taxes for such Tax Year. Unless otherwise required pursuant to clause (B) below, Tenant shall pay to Landlord any Expenses no later than twenty (20) days after receipt of the invoice with respect to such Expenses.
