Payment Fund definition

Payment Fund has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a).

Examples of Payment Fund in a sentence

  • No gains or losses with respect to any investments of the Payment Fund will affect the amounts payable to the holders of Certificates or Book-Entry Shares.
