Payment Gateway Services means provision of such facilities (including the provision of the Payment Gateway) which shall enable the Customers to make online payments through their respective Accounts towards the purchase of the Products offered by the Client and/or the Sub-Merchant on the Client Website including but not limited to linking the Bank’s software application with the Client’s software platform. Such facilities in whatever nature and form shall be either provided by the Bank itself or any third party appointed by the Bank;

Payment Gateway Services means the provision of Gateway related services by us to you as specifically set forth in the Application form.

• You further recognize that if you contracted for the Payment Gateway Services with an Affiliate Partner or Third Party Service Provider, such provider is an authorized reseller of Payment Gateway only and is not a joint venturer, partner, or agent of Payment Gateway.

• In addition to the exclusions contained in Appendix A, the SLA will not apply if (i) a defect has been caused by Your malfunctioning equipment or software, (ii) the Payment Gateway Services are used in material variation with this Agreement or the applicable documentation, or (iii) any of the Payment Gateway Services have been modified by any individual or entity other than Payment Gateway.

• You acknowledge that this Agreement reflects an informed, voluntary allocation between Payment Gateway and You of all risks (both known and unknown) associated with Payment Gateway Services.

• The parties agree that Payment Gateway owns and retains all right, title and interest in and to the Payment Gateway Services, Trademarks, copyrights, technology and any related technology utilized under or in connection with this Agreement, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights associated therewith.

• The Client shall prominently display, on the Website and in other online marketing materials if so requested, a statement/logo/image provided and approved by SabPaisa relating to the Payment Gateway Services.

More Definitions of Payment Gateway Services

Payment Gateway Services means the services provided by the Service Provider and made available to the Client which enables the Customers to pay online through the Website for the Products or Services by way of standalone services or bundled with other services under Pay2Corp Services.

Payment Gateway Services refers to the online Pay ment Gateway Services offered by Directi, whereby Directi collects funds from a Customer on behalf of a Reseller for Orders placed by the Customer.
