Payment of Expenses on Transfer; Cancellation. (a) No service charge shall be made to a Note Holder for any registration of transfer or exchange of Equipment Notes, but the Mortgagee, as Equipment Note Registrar, may require payment of a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any registration of transfer or exchange of Equipment Notes.
(b) The Mortgagee shall cancel all Equipment Notes surrendered for replacement, redemption, transfer, exchange, payment or cancellation and shall destroy the canceled Equipment Notes.
Payment of Expenses on Transfer; Cancellation. (a) No service charge shall be made to a Noteholder for any registration of transfer or exchange of Equipment Notes, but Loan Trustee, as Equipment Note Registrar, may require payment of a sum sufficient to cover any Tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any registration of transfer or exchange of Equipment Notes.
(b) Loan Trustee shall cancel all Equipment Notes surrendered for replacement, redemption, transfer, exchange, payment or cancellation, shall keep a copy of such canceled Equipment Notes, and shall send the original canceled Equipment Notes marked “canceled” to Company.

(a) No service charge shall be made to a Certificate Holder for any registration of transfer or exchange of Secured Certificates, but the Indenture Trustee, as Secured Certificate Registrar, may require payment of a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any registration of transfer or exchange of Secured Certificates.
(b) The Indenture Trustee shall cancel all Secured Certificates surrendered for replacement, redemption, transfer, exchange, payment or cancellation and shall destroy the canceled Secured Certificates.

(a) No service charge shall be made to a Note Holder for any registration of transfer or exchange of Equipment Notes, but the Indenture Trustee, as Equipment Note Registrar, may require payment from the party requesting such new Equipment Note of a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any registration of transfer or exchange of Equipment Notes.
(b) The Indenture Trustee shall cancel all Equipment Notes surrendered for replacement, redemption, transfer, exchange, payment or cancellation and shall destroy the canceled Equipment Notes.

(b) The Indenture Trustee shall cancel all Equipment Notes surrendered for replacement, redemption, transfer, exchange, payment or cancellation and shall destroy the canceled Equipment Notes.

(b) Security Agent shall cancel all Equipment Notes surrendered for replacement, redemption, transfer, exchange, payment, or cancellation, and shall destroy the cancelled Equipment Notes.

(b) Security Agent shall cancel all Loan Certificates surrendered for replacement, redemption, transfer, exchange, payment, or cancellation, and shall destroy the cancelled Loan Certificates.
