Payment Order Instructions definition

Payment Order Instructions means the information (such as the name and address of the Beneficiary, the Beneficiary’s bank identification, the Beneficiary’s bank account number and the amount of money to be paid) included in a wire transfer and necessary to effect a Payment Order.

Related to Payment Order Instructions

  • Payment Order means an instruction of a sender to a receiving bank, transmitted orally, electronically, or in writing, to pay, or to cause another bank to pay, a fixed or determinable amount of money to a beneficiary if the following apply:

  • RBC instructions means the RBC report, including risk-based capital instructions adopted by the NAIC, as the RBC instructions may be amended by the NAIC from time to time in accordance with the procedures adopted by the NAIC.

  • Transfer Instructions are the information that you provide when using the Service. “Us,” “We,” and “Our” means Credit Union.

  • Payment Instructions has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a) of the Loan Agreement.

  • Proper Instructions means Written Instructions.
