Payment Terms Discounts means all discounts from the Listed Wholesale Price actually given by LICENSEE to its customers for timely payment, that are customary in the trade and the terms of which are specified on the face of such customer's invoice.

  • There shall be no additional discounts, including Allowances, Payment Terms Discounts or Closeout Discounts granted to Perfumania.
