Payment Terms Discounts means all discounts from the Listed Wholesale Price actually given by LICENSEE to its customers for timely payment, that are customary in the trade and the terms of which are specified on the face of such customer's invoice.

  • Within thirty (30) days after the end of each Contract Year LICENSEE shall also provide to GUESS a composite royalty statement showing the aggregate Gross Sales, Returns, Allowances, Payment Terms Discounts and Closeout Discounts and any other deduction taken pursuant to Section 12.4 above to arrive at the Net Sales price of all Products sold by LICENSEE.

  • Non-Discount Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan with an Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate that is greater than or equal to the Required Coupon.
