PB Financial Statements definition

PB Financial Statements means (i) the audited balance sheets (including related notes and schedules, if any) of PB as of December 31, 2016, 2015 and 2014, and the related statements of income, changes in stockholders’ equity and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) for the years then ended, together with the report thereon of Hacker, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ PA, independent certified public accountants, and (ii) the unaudited balance sheets of PB (including related notes and schedules, if any) and related statements of income, and changes in stockholders’ equity (including related notes and schedules, if any) with respect to periods ended subsequent to December 31, 2016.

Examples of PB Financial Statements in a sentence
