Examples of PBF Holding in a sentence

  • PBF Holding does not warrant or represent that Licensees will have the sole and exclusive right to use the PBF Logistics IP.

  • Other than as set forth in Section 6.3 herein, PBF Holding is not obligated to indemnify or reimburse Licensees for any expenses by Licensees in connection with Licensees’ use of the PBF Logistics IP.

  • CFC Holding Company means a Subsidiary, substantially all of the assets of which consist of Equity Interests or Indebtedness of (a) one or more CFCs or (b) one or more CFC Holding Companies.
