PD ACCOUNT definition
PD ACCOUNT means the account established by the Trustees under the Asbestos Trust Agreement into which the Asbestos PD Class Fund shall be placed and from which Allowed Asbestos PD Claims shall be paid as soon as practicable after the Effective Date, as further described in the Asbestos Trust Agreement and the PD TDP.
