PDI Products definition
PDI Products means the Specified PDI Products and any other products or product candidates that have been or are being researched, developed or tested for purposes of being Manufactured, marketed, commercialized, distributed or sold in or by the PDI Business.

IWS represents and warrants to PhotoLynx that all PDI Products provided to PhotoLynx through this Agreement are fully and legally owned by IWS.
IWS represents and warrants that assignment, transfer and conveyance of all PDI Products provided to Photo Lynx by this Agreement shall not infringe upon nor violate any patent, copyright, trade secret or right of any third party.
