PE Account definition

PE Account means the banking account with a financial institution established by TriMet pursuant to Section 4.1 to hold all PE Funds received by TriMet under this Agreement. The PE Account is separate and distinct from the Project Account. Except as otherwise provided under this Agreement, all PE Funds shall be deposited in and disbursed from the PE Account.

Examples of PE Account in a sentence

  • All investment earnings derived from moneys on deposit from time to time in the PE Account shall be retained in the PE Account and invested, reinvested and disbursed in the same manner as other funds on deposit in the PE Account.

  • Moneys (including investment earnings) in the PE Account shall be disbursed from time to time by TriMet for the purpose of paying when due the PE Costs.

  • The costs of (i) preparing such materials and undertaking such activities as may be required for receipt of federal funds and (ii) such audits as may be required by FTA shall be charged by TriMet against and paid from the PE Account.

  • The TriMet contribution to local match for PE Costs shall be paid into the PE Account on or before sixty (60) calendar days after the date on which City and TriMet execute this Grant Agreement.

  • Pending disbursement, moneys shown as part of the PE Account shall be invested and reinvested in Permitted Investments, subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • The City Project Representative may only dispute charges to the PE Account that it reasonably determines are inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • The PE Account shall document all receipts and disbursements of PE Funds.

  • The transfer of unexpended funds from the PE Account to the Project Account shall not reduce the Parties’ contributions to the Project Account, as described in Article VI.
