PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT. Your services will be provided by Caregivers who practice courtesy, positive communication, and who leave their problems at home. Potential conflict resolution will be handled with sensitivity and respect.
PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT. Landlord covenants that Tenant shall and may peacefully have, hold and enjoy the Leased Premises, subject to the other terms hereof, provided that Tenant pays the rental and other sums herein recited to be paid by Tenant and performs all of Tenant's covenants and agreements herein contained. It is understood and agreed that this covenant and any and all other covenants of Landlord contained in this Lease shall be binding upon Landlord and its successors only with respect to breaches occurring during its and their respective ownership of the Landlord's interest hereunder.
