Peak Month definition

Peak Month means each or all, respectively, of the months of June, July, August, September and October.

Examples of Peak Month in a sentence

  • During the Peak Months, Seller may schedule and utilize no more than 12 hours of outages per Peak Month, and only during the non-peak hours of the Peak Months.

  • During the Peak Months, Seller may only schedule Maintenance Outages during the non-peak hours of such Peak Months, and the monthly Maintenance Debit Value for Maintenance Outages during the Peak Months may not exceed 12 non-peak hours per Peak Month.

  • In no event may Seller schedule or utilize a Planned Outage that is more than 12 non-peak hours per Peak Month.

  • To receive the Monthly Capacity Payment in Section 9.1.2.1, Seller shall provide the Contract Capacity in each Peak Month for all on-peak hours as such peak hours are defined in Edison's Tariff Schedule No. TOU-8 on file with the Commission, except that Seller is entitled to a 20% allowance for Forced Outages for each Peak Month.

  • For a non-peak month, Seller shall receive a Capacity Bonus Payment if (i) the requirements set forth in Section 9.1.1.2 have been met, (ii) the on-peak capacity factor for each Peak Month during the year was at least 85%, and (iii) the on-peak capacity factor for the non-peak month exceeds 85%.

  • These peaking factors are as follows:  Peak Month BOD = 1.2  Peak Month TSS = 1.2  Peak Day BOD Loading = 2.1  Peak Day TSS Loading = 2.4 The flow and loading data presented here is used in determining conveyance system improvements and treatment system improvements for the City and its Future Service Areas.

  • Commencing on the Initial Delivery Date, Seller shall guarantee the supply of sufficient Energy Output (in kWh) to TVA during each Delivery Period so as to meet or exceed (1) the Peak Month Supply Guarantee and (2) the Off- Peak Month Supply Guarantee for such Delivery Period.

  • PDEA (Peak Deficient Energy Amount) = (PCSPP - CP) Where: PCSPP = The average of the CSPP hourly prices for each and every hour during the Peak Month Period in question, as expressed in ¢/kWh CP = Contract Price, as expressed in ¢/kWh Provided, however, that if the calculation of PDEA above yields a negative number with respect to a Peak Month Period, PDEA shall be deemed to be zero (0) in the formula above for calculating “LD” for said Peak Month Period.

  • For a non-peak month, Seller shall receive a Capacity Bonus Payment if (i) the requirements set forth in Section 9.1.2.2 have been met, (ii) the on-peak capacity factor for each Peak Month during the year was at least 85%, and (iii) the on-peak capacity factor for the non-peak month exceeds 85%.

  • Further, there shall be no further calculations using the formulas that follow with respect to said Peak Month Period.

Related to Peak Month

  • Month means calendar month.

  • Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option. This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.

  • Twelve-Month Period means a twelve-month period ending on the first anniversary of the Effective Date or on each subsequent anniversary thereof.

  • Billing Month is defined in Section 9.1(b).

  • Operating Month for a Shipper or Transferor means any calendar month in which Carrier either transports Crude Petroleum or recognizes and records a change in ownership of Crude Petroleum for the account of such Party. For purposes hereof the calendar month shall be deemed to begin at 7:00 a.m. (Central Time) on the first day of such month.

  • Forecast Period means the period of three calendar months for which a Forecast is provided;

  • Fiscal Month means any fiscal month of the Borrower.

  • Calendar Month means calendar month according to the Gregorian calendar.

  • A month means a month according to Gregorian calendar.

  • Week means seven consecutive days.

  • Average monthly discharge limitation means the highest allowable average of "daily discharges" over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all "daily discharges" measured during a calendar month divided by the number of "daily discharges" measured during that month. Compliance with fecal coliform bacteria or E coli bacteria limitations shall be determined using the geometric mean.

  • Proration Month means the month for which capacity is to be allocated under Item 7.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • A week means seven days without regard to the number of hours worked in any day in that week.

  • Calendar Week means any period of seven days starting with the same day as the first day of the First Assignment;

  • Rolling Period means, as of any date, the four Fiscal Quarters ending on or immediately preceding such date.

  • Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.

  • Semi-Annual Period means each of: the period beginning on and including January 1 and ending on and including June 30; and the period beginning on and including July 1 and ending on and including December 31.

  • Year means a calendar year.

  • Contract Month means a calendar month (or portion thereof) during the term of this Agreement. Contract Month 1 shall commence on the first day of the first calendar month following the Effective Date and end on the last day of that calendar month.

  • Measurement Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.01(b)(i).

  • Quarter means, unless the context requires otherwise, a fiscal quarter of the Partnership, or, with respect to the fiscal quarter of the Partnership which includes the Closing Date, the portion of such fiscal quarter after the Closing Date.

  • Showing Month shall be each day of each calendar month of the Delivery Period that is the subject of the Compliance Showing, as set forth in the CPUC Decisions and outlined in the CAISO Tariff. For illustrative purposes only, pursuant to the CAISO Tariff and CPUC Decisions in effect as of the Execution Date, the monthly Compliance Showing made in June is for the Showing Month of August.
