Peak Volume definition

Peak Volume means the maximum volume of Images received within a rolling twenty-four (24) hour period that is subject to the Turnaround Time Commitment, and that is calculated by applying the Peak percentage set forth in Table A of Section 2 to:

Examples of Peak Volume in a sentence

  • The Turnaround Time for all subsequent Corps in excess of the Peak Volume shall also be increased by 50% for every 50% of Peak Volume above Peak Volume until the cumulative total of Image volume in production decreases below the Peak Volume.

  • In the event Customer sends to Broadridge an Image volume exceeding Peak Volume, then the Turnaround Time Commitment shall increase by an additional 50% of the Turnaround Time for that Document Type for every 50% of Peak Volume above Peak Volume or portion thereof beginning with the Corp causing the volume to be in excess of the Peak Volume.
