Pegasus Entities means, collectively, PP IV Mountain Pass II, LLC, PP IV MP AIV 1, LLC, PP IV MP AIV 2, LLC and PP IV MP AIV 3, LLC.
Pegasus Entities the meaning set forth in Section 24. Person: any corporation, association, joint venture, partnership, limited liability company, government or political subdivision thereof, government agency, trust or other entity or an individual. PM: PGS Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Registration Rights Agreement: the registration rights agreement of even date herewith by and between Investor and DFR in respect of the DFR Common Stock underlying the Warrants.
Pegasus Entities means PP IV Mountain Pass II, LLC, PP IV MP AIV 1, LLC, PP IV MP AIV 2, LLC, PP IV MP AIV 3, LLC and any Affiliate to which they transfer shares of Common Stock.
