Pending Arbitration definition

Pending Arbitration shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 24.7;

More Definitions of Pending Arbitration

Pending Arbitration means the arbitration proceedings initiated by the Company against Hardee's as Case No. 00 X 000 00000 00 before the American Arbitration Association pursuant to a Demand for Arbitration dated March 19, 1997.

  • Arbitration Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a).
