Pending Credits definition

Pending Credits has the meaning specified in Section 7.3.
Pending Credits means emission reduction credits for which an application has been submitted under R18-2-1203, R18-2- 1204, or R18-2-1205 but that have not yet been issued as conditional or certified credits.

Examples of Pending Credits in a sentence

  • The Transaction in respect of the Pending Credits shall be deemed to be cancelled and the related Credit Transfer Form or LRT Transfer Notification, as applicable, shall be deemed ineffective.

  • The Transaction in respect of the Pending Credits shall be deemed to be cancelled and the related Credit Transfer Form or CFP Online Transfer Notification, as applicable, shall be deemed ineffective.

Related to Pending Credits

  • 9% Credits means Federal Credit allocated on a competitive basis under the provisions of this Plan.

  • Credits means the Federal and State Housing Tax Credit program.

  • Employer Credits means the amounts credited to the Participant’s Deferred Compensation Account by the Employer pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.2.

  • Revolving Credit means the credit facility for making Revolving Loans and issuing Letters of Credit described in Sections 1.1 and 1.2 hereof.
