Commanding Officer means the officer of the RCMP, resident in the Province, appointed by the Commissioner to command the Division;
Applicable Lending Office means, with respect to each Lender, such Lender’s Domestic Lending Office in the case of a Base Rate Advance and such Lender’s Eurocurrency Lending Office in the case of a Eurocurrency Rate Advance.
New Lending Office has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.09(d).
Deciding Official means the person chosen by the protestor to decide the agency protest; it may be either the Contracting Officer or the Agency Protest Official.
LIBOR Lending Office means, initially, the office(s) of each Lender designated as such Lender’s LIBOR Lending Office in such Lender’s Administrative Questionnaire; and thereafter, such other office of such Lender as such Lender may from time to time specify to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower as the office of such Lender at which the LIBOR Rate Loans of such Lender are to be made.
Funding Office the office of the Administrative Agent specified in Section 10.2 or such other office as may be specified from time to time by the Administrative Agent as its funding office by written notice to the Borrower and the Lenders.
Recording officer means the county officer charged with the duty of filing and recording deeds and mortgages or any other instruments or documents affecting the title to real property.
Eurodollar Lending Office means, with respect to any Lender, the office of such Lender specified as its "Eurodollar Lending Office" opposite its name on Schedule I hereto or in the Assignment and Acceptance pursuant to which it became a Lender (or, if no such office is specified, its Domestic Lending Office), or such other office of such Lender as such Lender may from time to time specify to the Borrower and the Agent.
Standing Offer means the Contractor agrees to provide the Works from time to time if and when authorised by the Superintendent by the issue of an Order. The Contractor agrees that the Principal is not obliged to order a specific number of, or any, Works during the term of the Contract.
Domestic Lending Office means, with respect to any Lender, the office of such Lender specified as its "Domestic Lending Office" opposite its name on Schedule I hereto or in the Assignment and Acceptance pursuant to which it became a Lender, or such other office of such Lender as such Lender may from time to time specify to the Borrower and the Agent.
Lending Office means, as to any Lender, the office or offices of such Lender described as such in such Lender’s Administrative Questionnaire, or such other office or offices as a Lender may from time to time notify the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
taxing officer means the Chief Registrar or such other officer of the Court as the Chief Judge may appoint to tax costs.
Hearing Officer means any individual or board charged with the duty of rendering decisions at any stage on grievances hereunder.
Euro-Dollar Lending Office means, as to each Bank, its office, branch or affiliate located at its address set forth in its Administrative Questionnaire (or identified in its Administrative Questionnaire as its Euro-Dollar Lending Office) or such other office, branch or affiliate of such Bank as it may hereafter designate as its Euro-Dollar Lending Office by notice to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Canadian Lending Office means, with respect to any Lender, the office of such Lender specified as its “Canadian Lending Office” in its Administrative Questionnaire or such other office of such Lender as such Lender may from time to time specify to the U.S. Borrower and the Agent.
Building Official means a construction code enforcement person working as an inspector, or plan reviewer, or actively engaged in the administration and enforcement of adopted building, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing codes, or any combination of these codes.
Eurocurrency Lending Office means, with respect to any Lender, the office of such Lender specified as its “Eurocurrency Lending Office” in its Administrative Questionnaire delivered to the Agent, or such other office of such Lender as such Lender may from time to time specify to the Borrower and the Agent.
Paying Officer means Head of finance / Manager (Finance).
Licensing Officer means a person with the authority to enter into, administer, and/or terminate Agreements and make related determination and findings.
Approving Officer means Richard S. Pzena, John P. Goetz, Ben Silver, Allison Fisch, or designee.
Presiding officer means the labor commissioner or designee.
Ordering Officer means any person within the Agency authorised to order particular Services under the Contract.
Reviewing official means the individual who shall make the trustworthiness and reliability determination of an individual to determine whether the individual may have, or continue to have, unescorted access to the Category 1 or Category 2 quantities of radioactive materials that are possessed by the licensee.
Returning Officer means a person appointed by the Club to conduct an election on behalf of the Club, and shall include the State Electoral Commissioner or his representative when said Commissioner conducts an election.
Issuing Office means such office as Issuing Lender shall designate as its Issuing Office.
Request for Letter of Credit means a written request for a Letter of Credit substantially in the form of Exhibit H, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower, and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.
