Pension Funds means the employees social security fund to which the Company makes contributions in respect of the Employees as listed in schedule 5; Tangible Assets means Plant and Equipment and Stock; Tax means any tax, levy, charge, impost, duty, fee, deduction, compulsory loan or withholding, which is assessed, levied, imposed or collected by any Governmental Agency and includes, but is not limited to any interest, fine, penalty, charge, fee or any other amount imposed on, or in respect of, any of the above but excludes Duty;

Pension Funds means the funds maintained for retirement pensions of the Employees under the Pension Plan of Seller or any other retirement pension plan of Seller or Seller Service Co for any of the Employees, and shall include an Employee’s (a) monthly pension for retirement (pensión mensual por concepto de jubilación) and (b) seniority bonus for resignation or firing (prima de antigüedad por concepto de renuncia o despido) under the Mexican Federal Labor Law, but shall exclude the Employee’s (x) pension for death or disability (pensión por fallecimiento e invalidez), (y) life insurance and major medical insurance for retired employees (seguro de vida y gastos médicos mayores para Jubilados) and (z) seniority bonuses for death or disability (▇▇▇▇▇▇ de antigüedad por muerte o invalidez).

Pension Funds is amended to read as follows:

Pension Funds means the Lothian Pension Fund, Lothian Buses Pension Fund and the Scottish Homes Pension Fund;

Pension Funds has the meaning given in Section 7.19.
