Within 10 days after each month-end after the Commencement Date, the Licensee will provide to Dow ▇▇▇▇▇ a written report of the trading volume for each Product for such month (each, a "Monthly Report"), together with a calculation of the amount of the Per Transaction Fees for such month.
All increases in third party fees will be passed through to Client as additions to the Per Transaction Fees as shown on Exhibit A.
