Per User definition

Per User or “Per Device” are licensing modes that require you to license a separate CAL for each unique User or Device respectively that accesses or utilizes the Server Software.
Per User means that the applicable unit for calculation of Royalties is an individual user (human being or device) of the Product. For any Product Distributed under Per-User terms, the per-unit royalty (for Per-Unit Royalty Tasks) or Minimum and Maximum Royalties (for Net Revenue Royalty Tasks) per Implementation contained in the Product will be based on the number of licensed users rather than the number of Copies of the Product Distributed, and the Per-Unit or Minimum and Maximum Royalties for each such licensed user will be 1% of the applicable per Server-based Royalties shown in Exhibit A.
Per User. Concurrent (floating) License Licensee may only use the Software for which he has paid the respective license or subscription fee. In case of a Trial Version or Test Version (non GA Version), licensee shall use the specified Software only and within the timeframe he has been explicitly authorised to evaluate, use or test such Software.

  • Results can be pre-ranked by number of members, utilizers, total cost, total claims, generic % total claims, generic cost per claim, brand cost per claim, average cost per claim, average cost Per Member Per Month (PMPM), or average cost Per User Per Month (PUPM).

  • The current applicable Exchanges’ Per User Fees List (per user per month) will be sent by GTN ASIA to the Client on a monthly basis.

  • The Total Per User amount for the current month, item (ii), adjusted for any true up in item (iii), is due on the later of three business days after receipt of the report, or the sixth business day of each month.

Related to Per User

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Alarm user means the person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company, or organization of any kind in control of any building, structure, or facility or portion thereof wherein an alarm system is maintained.

  • Water user means a person, corporation, or other entity having a right to divert water from the Bear River for beneficial use;

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • Network User means a customer or a potential customer of a transmission system operator, and transmission system operators themselves in so far as it is necessary for them to carry out their functions in relation to transmission;
