Perceived Conflict definition

Perceived Conflict means a conflict where a third party could form the view that private interests could improperly influence a person’s public duties, now or in the future.
Perceived Conflict means the appearance or perception that a Director or an Employee’s private interests (or the interest of a Close Associate) may improperly influence his/her duty/fiduciary duty to SEPLAT, whether or not this is in fact the case.
