Percentage Distribution definition

Percentage Distribution means any right of the TPH Member to receive distributions under clause (ii) of Schedule 7.1(a)(ii).
Percentage Distribution has the meaning given to that term in the Flags II Limited Partnership Agreement.
Percentage Distribution is defined in Article VI.

  • Income Distribution shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (A), below, unless the Prospectus provides for the averaging of income distributions, in which case, "Income Distribution" shall be shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (B), below. Accordingly, the Unitholder's "Income Distribution" shall be equal to:

  • Pre-Distribution Period means any Taxable period (or portion thereof) ending on or before the Distribution Date.

  • REMIC I Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount shall be distributed to the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • Prepayment Distribution Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date and each Class of Subordinate Certificates, under the applicable circumstances set forth below, the respective percentages set forth below:

  • Distribution Rate means, for the Distribution Period beginning on (and including) the date of original issuance and ending on (but excluding) the Distribution Payment Date in June 2004, the rate per annum of 3.90%, and for each Distribution Period beginning on or after the Distribution Payment Date in June 2004, the Coupon Rate for such Distribution Period.

  • Class B-1 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-1 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fifth, sixth and seventh of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class IO Distribution Amount As defined in Section 5.07(f) hereof.
