Only Hospitals with more than 40 At-Risk Admissions are subject to a PPR Percentage Payment Reduction per Discharge, if applicable.
Hospitals with Excess PPR Volume are subject to a PPR Percentage Payment Reduction per Discharge, applied as set forth in Section 8.1.F, below.
