Perfect Attendance Record definition

Perfect Attendance Record means an employee who reports to their job on time and works through their entire shift, less meal and rest breaks, every consecutive regularly scheduled workday. The following types of absences will not be counted against a Perfect Attendance Record: preapproved vacation leave, City observed holidays, bereavement leave, mandated jury duty, and leave as a result of a work related injury. Any other absence or tardiness in reporting or returning to work will disqualify an employee under the Program.
