Perfection Certification definition

Perfection Certification means the perfection certificate executed by each of the Obligors and attached hereto as Schedule “B”.
Perfection Certification shall have the meaning given thereto in Section 2.02(c).
Perfection Certification means the Perfection Certificate substantially in the form of Annex 1 to the Security Agreement.
