Performance Assurance Objective definition
Performance Assurance Objective means the objective of achieving accurate and timely Settlement for each Day in accordance with the provisions of the Code, and the “Performance Assurance Framework” is the framework described in this paragraph 16 for the purposes of facilitating achievement of the Performance Assurance Objective;
