As the Design Materials are developed, Design Build Entity may identify issues in the Performance Criteria Documents, or Judicial Council may change the Performance Criteria Documents.
The terms “Request for Information” or “RFI” mean written request from Design Build Entity seeking clarification about the Performance Criteria Documents and/or Contract Documents.

Design Build Entity shall specify all tests and inspections that are required by the Applicable Code Requirements, Performance Criteria Documents, Contract Documents, and those that are necessary to Complete the Project consistent with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
