If at the time of Manager’s exercise of a renewal period with respect to any Hotel, such hotel is a Subject Hotel within a Performance Cure Period, the exercise of such renewal period shall be conditional upon timely cure of the Performance Failure, and if such Performance Failure is not timely cured, then, notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, Lessee may elect to terminate this Agreement with respect to such Subject Hotel pursuant to the terms of this Section 2.3(b).

If a Service Level Failure occurs in a particular Line of Business in any calendar month during the Term, subject to any Performance Cure Period in place for such Line of Business, Supplier shall provide a Performance Credit to Chordiant as specified in the applicable Attachment to this Exhibit for each Line of Business.
Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, THINC will have the right to terminate this Agreement in the event that Synetic fails to cause THINC to meet the Performance Standards for either Physicians or Payers (as each such Performance Standard is set forth in Schedule H) and such failure is not cured within ninety (90) days after the measurement date set forth in Schedule H when such failure occurred ("Performance Cure Period").
This termination right must be exercised during the thirty (30)-day period beginning at the end of the Performance Cure Period.
