Performance Fee VWAP has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(e)(i).
Performance Fee VWAP has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(e)(i). “Performance Test Return” means the amount expressed in percentage terms in accordance with the following formula: (C1 — B1) / B1 B1 and C1 are as defined in the definition of Return.
