Performance Guarantee Period definition

Performance Guarantee Period means each of the five consecutive 365-day periods (366 days during leap years), the first of which commences on the Final Acceptance Date and the last of which expires on the final day of the fifth Performance Guarantee Period.
Performance Guarantee Period means the timeframe from the Guarantee Date to the last day of the final Annual Period as described in Table 1.1 of the Performance Assurance, Exhibit C, or the period from the Guarantee Date until the termination of this Agreement, whichever occurs earlier.
Performance Guarantee Period means the period referred to in Clause 24.

More Definitions of Performance Guarantee Period

Performance Guarantee Period means the period set forth in the Purchase Order for the applicable Performance Guarantee. “Performance Guarantees” means the performance guarantees for the Deliverables and the Project specified in the Purchase Order.
