Performance Pay Plan definition

Performance Pay Plan or "PPP Plan" shall mean the Southern Company Performance Pay Plan or any replacement thereto, as such plans may be amended from time to time.
Performance Pay Plan or "PPP Plan" shall mean the Southern Company Performance Pay Plan or any successor thereto which is considered an "equitable arrangement" under Section 1.31 thereof, as such plans may be amended from time to time.
