Performance Points has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(a) of this Agreement.

Performance Points means those points made available pursuant to Section 8212(d)(1)(A).

Performance Points means the number of points assigned to a particular year of a Performance Period pursuant to Section 10.3 of the Plan.

Examples of Performance Points in a sentence

The pool of Phantom Performance Points shall initially be 10,000,000, but may be increased in the discretion of the Committee at any time.

Performance Points means the points incurred by the Contractor where it fails to meet a Service Level Target
