Performance Points definition

Performance Points has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(a) of this Agreement.
Performance Points means those points made available pursuant to Section 8212(d)(1)(A).
Performance Points means the number of points assigned to a particular year of a Performance Period pursuant to Section 10.3 of the Plan.

Examples of Performance Points in a sentence

  • The pool of Phantom Performance Points shall initially be 10,000,000, but may be increased in the discretion of the Committee at any time.

  • The “Phantom Plan Performance Percentage” for each Participant shall initially be the Final Phantom Performance Percentage multiplied by the quotient obtained by dividing (x) the number of Phantom Performance Points allocated to such Participant by (y) 10,000,000, or, if the Total Phantom Performance Point Pool is greater than 10,000,000, the Total Phantom Performance Point Pool, and shall be further subject to reduction pursuant to Section 5(c) below.

  • The total number of Phantom Performance Points outstanding (after taking into account any adjustment made pursuant to Section 7) shall be referred to as the “Total Phantom Performance Point Pool”.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Article VIII to the contrary, until such time as the Company shall have received Capital Contributions and Special Membership Interest Aggregate Funds of at least $125 million in the aggregate, the Compensation Committee and the Board shall not be permitted to increase the number of Performance Points (above 1000) available for allocation hereunder.

  • Actual Awards shall be calculated by first converting the Performance Points described in Section 5.4 into percentages and allocating the maximum Award between the IPC percentage and the PPC percentage.


More Definitions of Performance Points

Performance Points means either the Network Rail Performance Point or the Train Operator Performance Point;
Performance Points. Annual Performance Points and Monthly Performance Points;
Performance Points has the meaning given in Part 1 of Schedule 1 (Output Specification); “Permitted Borrowing” without double counting, any:- (a) advance to the Contractor under the Senior Financing Agreements, provided that such advance is not made under any Committed Stand- By Facility; (b) Additional Permitted Borrowing; (c) advance to the Contractor under any Committed Stand-By Facility which is made solely for the purpose of funding any cost overruns, increased expenses or loss of revenue which the Contractor incurs, provided that such funds are not used in substitution of other sources of committed funding designated for those purposes; and (d) interest and, in respect of the original Senior Financing Agreements only (as entered into at the date of this Agreement, prior to any subsequent amendment), other amounts accrued or payable under the terms of such original Senior Financing Agreements, except where the amount referred to in paragraphs (a) to (d) above is or is being used to fund a payment of Default Interest on any Additional Permitted Borrowing;
Performance Points means the points incurred by the Contractor where it fails to meet a Service Level Target
Performance Points means the points deducted when one or more of the contract delivery indicators is not met. The consequences of not meeting CDIs depends on the frequency of the non delivery against a baseline total set out in the contract. Further details are set out in the Contract Delivery Indicator section of the Contract;
Performance Points means points which are awarded and lead to Adjustments in accordance with paragraph 6 of Part 2 of the Payment Mechanism;
Performance Points means the points (as set out in Annex A of Schedule 1 (Scope of Services)) allocated for the achievement or failure to achieve any Key Performance Indicator.
