Performance Review Period definition

Performance Review Period means the term set out under paragraph 4.1.
Performance Review Period has the meaning ascribed to such term in Schedule 15.
Performance Review Period means the period April 1st to March 31st in each fiscal year.

Related to Performance Review Period

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

Each such period shall not be less than 12 months.
