Performance Review Period definition

Performance Review Period means the term set out under paragraph 4.1.
Performance Review Period has the meaning ascribed to such term in Schedule 15.
Performance Review Period means 12-month period, which shall run from the 1st Jan to 31st Dec of the year.

  • These meetings shall occur at least once in every Performance Review Period during the Term or more or less often as the parties agree.

  • Performance audit means an objective and systematic assessment of a state agency or agencies or any of their programs, functions, or activities by the state auditor or designee in order to help improve agency efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability.
