EMPLOYEES on the Grandfathered Salary Schedule holding a continuing contract or professional service contract may opt into the Performance Salary Schedule if s/he relinquishes such contract and agrees to be employed on an annual contract under F.S. 1012.335.
Pursuant to F.S. 1012.22, EMPLOYEES who hold an Annual Contract on or after July 1, 2014, shall be compensated in accordance with the Performance Salary Schedule in Appendix A.
