Performing Serviced Loan. A Performing Serviced Mortgage Loan, a Performing Serviced Companion Loan or a Performing Serviced Loan Combination, as the context may require.
Performing Serviced Loan means any Serviced Loan as to which a Servicing Transfer Event has never occurred and any Corrected Loan.
Performing Serviced Loan. As of any date of determination, any Serviced Loan as to which no Servicing Transfer Event then exists.
