Performing Serviced Loan definition

Performing Serviced Loan means any Serviced Loan as to which a Servicing Transfer Event has never occurred and any Corrected Loan.

  • With respect to any Performing Serviced Loan that is a PrinREI-Subserviced Loan, the Master Servicer shall process any modification, waiver, amendment, consent or other action that constitutes a Major Decision or Special Servicer Decision subject to the consent of the Special Servicer as set forth below.

  • In addition, the Master Servicer shall be entitled to charge and retain reasonable review fees in connection with any Mortgagor request with respect to any Performing Serviced Loan as to which the Master Servicer is processing the matter that is the subject of the Mortgagor request, to the extent such fees are (i) not inconsistent with the related Loan Documents, (ii) in accordance with the Servicing Standard and (iii) actually paid by or on behalf of the related Mortgagor.

  • In addition, the Master Servicer shall be entitled to charge and retain as additional servicing compensation reasonable review fees in connection with any Mortgagor request with respect to a Performing Serviced Loan to the extent such fees are permitted under the related Loan Documents and are actually paid by or on behalf of the related Mortgagor.

  • In addition, the Master Servicer shall be entitled to charge and retain reasonable review fees in connection with any Mortgagor request with respect to a Performing Serviced Loan to the extent such fees are permitted under the related Loan Documents and are actually paid by or on behalf of the related Mortgagor.

  • Performing Serviced Mortgage Loan A Serviced Mortgage Loan that is not, and is not part of, a Specially Serviced Loan or REO Loan.

  • Serviced Loan A Serviced Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Loan.

  • Specially Serviced Loan Any Serviced Loan (including a related REO Mortgage Loan or REO Companion Loan) as to which any of the following events has occurred:

  • Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan means the Mortgage Loan during the period it is serviced by the Special Servicer following a Servicing Transfer Event.

  • Performing Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan that is not a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • Subserviced Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that, at the time of reference thereto, is subject to a Subservicing Agreement.

  • Serviced Companion Loan A Companion Loan that is part of a Serviced Loan Combination. With respect to each Servicing Shift Mortgage Loan and the related Servicing Shift Loan Combination, each related Companion Loan will no longer be a Serviced Companion Loan on and after the related Servicing Shift Date.

  • Serviced Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan that is not an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • Non-Recoverable Servicing Advance Any portion of a Servicing Advance previously made or proposed to be made by the Servicer that, in the good faith judgment of the Servicer, will not or, in the case of a current Servicing Advance, would not, be ultimately recoverable by the Servicer from the related Mortgagor, related Liquidation Proceeds or otherwise with respect to the related Mortgage Loan.

  • Nonrecoverable Servicing Advance Any Servicing Advance previously made or proposed to be made in respect of a Mortgage Loan or REO Property that, in the good faith business judgment of the Master Servicer, will not or, in the case of a proposed Servicing Advance, would not be ultimately recoverable from related Late Collections, Insurance Proceeds or Liquidation Proceeds on such Mortgage Loan or REO Property as provided herein.

  • Other Servicer Mortgage Loan Any of the Mortgage Loans, if any, identified in Exhibit F-2 hereto, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time in connection with a substitution pursuant to Sections 2.02 or 2.06, which Mortgage Loan is serviced under an Other Servicing Agreement.

  • Additional Servicer Each affiliate of each Servicer that services any of the Mortgage Loans and each Person who is not an affiliate of the any Servicer, who services 10% or more of the Mortgage Loans. For clarification purposes, the Master Servicer and the Securities Administrator are Additional Servicers.

  • Loan Combination Custodial Account means the “Loan Combination Custodial Account” or analogous account established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Serviced Companion Loan Holder The holder of a Serviced Companion Loan.

  • Collateral Servicing Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.
