Perimeter dike definition

Perimeter dike means the dike or system of dikes that are closest to the boundary line of the existing cranberry farm, usually the outermost dike.
Perimeter dike means the physical hydraulic barrier surrounding the District preventing flooding from the 100 Year Storm from entering or leaving the District.
