Period End Rate definition

Period End Rate means, with respect to currency conversion for each country or territory, (a) to the extent that such conversion is calculated as of an accounting period-end, the currency conversion rate used by the Group Companies for financial reporting, generally as reported by Bloomberg on the last day of the accounting period, and (b) to the extent such conversion is calculated other than as of an accounting period-end, the prior month’s currency conversion rate used by the Group Companies for financial reporting, generally as reported by Bloomberg on the last day of such prior accounting period.
Period End Rate means with respect to currency conversion for each country or territory, (a) to the extent that such conversion is calculated as of an accounting period-end of the Company, the currency conversion rate used by the Company for financial reporting, generally as reported by Bloomberg on the last day of the accounting period of the Company, and (b) to the extent such conversion is calculated other than as of an accounting period-end of the Company, the prior month’s currency conversion rate used by the Company for financial reporting, generally as reported by Bloomberg on the last day of such prior accounting period of the Company.
Period End Rate means, with respect to currency conversion for each country or territory, except as otherwise required by applicable Law (in which case, the exchange rate shall be determined in accordance with such Law), the applicable rates of exchange published on the Bloomberg FX Fixings-Portal at the close of business on the Business Day prior to the applicable date (or, if no such exchange rate is published on the Bloomberg FX Fixings-Portal on such date, the first date thereafter on which such exchange rate is published on the Bloomberg Fixings-Portal).
