Periodic Data Allowance definition

Periodic Data Allowance has means the data allowance specified in the “Allowance” section of the Quote unless otherwise agreed in writing between Nearmap and the Licensee.

  • The Licensee is responsible and liable for any person that uses the Licensee’s account access details or uses Products made available to the Licensee in breach of this Agreement, including, without limitation, for any additional fees that become payable if the Licensee's Periodic Data Allowance is exceeded.


More Definitions of Periodic Data Allowance

Periodic Data Allowance means the data allowance specified in the “Allowance” section of the Quote unless otherwise agreed in writing between Nearmap and the Licensee. Products means any Nearmap imagery as set out in the Quote in the “Product” section, and any related imagery content made available to the Licensee under the License. Quote means an ordering document or an online order specifying the Products to be provided to the Licensee under this Agreement including any amendments or renewal quotes.
Periodic Data Allowance has the meaning given in Schedule 1. Permitted Purpose means the use of Products by the Licensee in the Licensee’s ordinary business and at all times excludes any: Commercial Purpose; and Unlawful Purpose.

Related to Periodic Data Allowance

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Monthly shall be construed accordingly;

  • Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Monthly Base Salary means 1/12th of the greater of (i) Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control Termination or a Covered Termination, as applicable, or (ii) in the case of a Change in Control Termination, Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Monthly Uptime Percentage means total number of minutes in a calendar month minus the number of minutes of Downtime suffered in a calendar month, divided by the total number of minutes in a calendar month.

  • Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.
