Periodic Grant definition

Periodic Grant means the grant of Options, Restricted Shares or Stock Units to a Non‑Employee Director pursuant to Section 5(b).
Periodic Grant means the grant of an Option to a Non-Employee Director pursuant to Section 7.2 of this Plan.

Related to Periodic Grant

  • Initial Grant means an Option granted to a Non-Employee Director who meets the specified criteria pursuant to Section 6(a).
