Periodic Grant definition

Periodic Grant means the grant of Options, Restricted Shares or Stock Units to a Non-Employee Director pursuant to Section 5(b).

Examples of Periodic Grant in a sentence

  • Within ten (10) business days after the Company’s receipt of an Equity Expense Statement, the Company or Games shall pay to Vivendi an amount in cash equal to the amount of the Periodic Grant Expense set forth therein.

  • Each Periodic Grant shall vest and become immediately exercisable as follows: (i) 10,000 shares or pro rata portion thereof of Common Stock shall become immediately exercisable on the initial date of grant set forth in Section 7.2 above and (ii) 10,000 shares or pro rata portion thereof of Common Stock shall become exercisable on May 1st of each succeeding year thereafter.
