Periodic Interval definition

Periodic Interval means the periodic frequency of your invoice as per your service agreeement. This frequency may be ad hoc, monthly, fortnightly, quarterly, half-yearly, annually or a period as agreed.
Periodic Interval means the timeframe between competitive processes established by a LEMSA as part of an EMS plan.

  • Periodic Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the periodic interest for such Payment Date as specified in the Series Supplement.

  • Periodic Billing Requirement means, for any Calculation Period, the aggregate amount of Securitization Charges calculated by the Servicer as necessary to be billed during such period in order to collect the Periodic Payment Requirement on a timely basis.

  • Semi-Annual Period means each period of six-months, commencing on the first day of a Fiscal Year; provided that the first such period shall begin on July 1, 2013 and end on December 31, 2013.

  • Assessment Date means the tax assessment effective date for each tax year in question,

  • Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.
