Periodic Outgoings definition
Periodic Outgoings means all periodic expenses and amounts payable in relation to the CTSL Business including rents, rates, service charges, insurance premiums, gas, water, electricity and telephone charges, royalties and salaries and other such periodic outgoings (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, Payables);
Periodic Outgoings has the meaning set forth in Section 2.9.
