permanent residence address means an address described in §1.1441-1(c)(38). Sec. 2.63. Potential Section 871(m) Transaction. A Personal Computer must support one of the following operating systems: Windows XP, Windows 7, Mac OS, subsequent versions of any of these, and other operating system agreed in writing with Licensor.
