Permanently Destroy definition

Permanently Destroy. (or “Permanent Destruction”) means to destroy an engine’s crankshaft, cylinder head and liner, and engine block using one of the following methods. Nothing herein prohibits Defendant from recycling or reusing engine parts and components that are not the crankshaft, cylinder head and liner, and engine block, and/or from recycling or reusing the non-engine portion of the vehicle and its parts and components.
Permanently Destroy. (or “Permanent Destruction”) means to destroy a vehicle or engine using one of the following methods:

Examples of Permanently Destroy in a sentence

  • By no later than ninety (90) days after the Effective Date of this Consent Decree, Defendants shall Permanently Destroy or export each of the vehicles specified in Appendix A to a country outside the United States, Canada, and Mexico, in accordance with the requirements of this Paragraph.

  • Once the applicable period has ended, Veritas will either: • Permanently Destroy or delete the relevant Personal Data; • Archive your Personal Data so that it is beyond further use or disclosure; or • Anonymize the Relevant Personal Data.

  • For failing to timely Permanently Destroy or to export the vehicles identified in Appendix A s in accordance with Paragraph 11 and Appendix A of this Decree:$500 per vehicle per Day.

Related to Permanently Destroy

  • Permanently Disabled means a person who meets the definition in Iowa Code section 483A.4.

  • Securely Destroy Securely Destroy: Securely Destroy means taking actions that render data written on physical (e.g., hardcopy, microfiche, etc.) or electronic media unrecoverable by both ordinary and extraordinary means. These actions must meet or exceed those sections of the National Institute of Standards of Technology (NIST) SP 800-88 Appendix A guidelines relevant to sanitization of data categorized as high security. All attempts to overwrite magnetic data for this purpose must utilize DOD approved methodologies.

  • Totally and Permanently Disabled means a person as defined in 42 U.S.C. section 416.

  • Permanently and totally disabled means the inability to engage in any substantial gainful activity by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment which can be expected to result in death or has lasted or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than twelve months as established by a certificate from a licensed physician.

  • Premises Total Destruction means damage or destruction to the Premises, other than Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations and Trade Fixtures, which cannot reasonably be repaired in six (6) months or less from the date of the damage or destruction. Lessor shall notify Lessee in writing within thirty (30) days from the date of the damage or destruction as to whether or not the damage is Partial or Total.

  • Regularly appointed employee means an individual with an exempt, probationary or regular appointment to a position of City employment.

  • Inaccessible means an Insured cannot reach his/her Destination by the original mode of transportation.

  • Totally Disabled means that because of an injury or illness:

  • Existing Commitment Termination Date as defined in Section 2.12(a).

  • Untenantable means that Tenant shall be unable to occupy and shall not be occupying the Premises or the applicable portion thereof for the conduct of business ordinarily conducted in the Premises as a result of the Casualty.

  • Permanent Total Disablement means a bodily injury caused by accidental, external, violent and visible means, which as a direct consequence thereof totally disables and prevents the insured from attending to any business or occupation of any and every kind or if he/she has no business or occupation, from attending to his/her usual and normal duties that last for a continuous period of twelve calendar months from the date of the accident, with no hopes of improvement in future

  • Permanent exclusion means the student is banned forever from attending a public school in the State of Ohio. (See Policy 5610.01)

  • Premises Building Total Destruction means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost to repair is fifty percent (50%) or more of the then Replacement Cost of the Building.

  • Commitment Termination Date means the earlier of (a) the Maturity Date and (b) the earlier termination in whole of the Commitments pursuant to Section 2.04 or Article VII.

  • Automatic firearm means any firearm designed or specially adapted to fire a succession of cartridges with a single function of the trigger.

  • Temporary Total Disablement means disablement which entirely prevents the Insured Person from attending to their business or occupation.

  • Revolving Commitment Termination Date means the earliest to occur of (i) the fifth anniversary of the Closing Date, (ii) the date the Revolving Commitments are permanently reduced to zero pursuant to Section 2.13(b) or 2.14, and (iii) the date of the termination of the Revolving Commitments pursuant to Section 8.1.

  • Cessation Date means the date of Participant’s Termination of Service (regardless of the reason for such termination).

  • Disabled means a grantee who (i) is unable to engage in any substantial gainful activity by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment that can be expected to result in death or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than 12 months, or (ii) is, by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment that can be expected to result in death or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than 12 months, receiving income replacement benefits for a period of not less than three months under an accident and health plan covering employees of the Company or its Subsidiaries.

  • Complete Disability as used herein shall mean the inability of Employee, due to illness, accident, or other physical or mental incapacity, to perform the services required under the Agreement for an aggregate of ninety (90) days within any period of 180 consecutive days during the term hereof; provided, however, that disability shall not constitute a basis for discharge for cause;

  • Mentally incapacitated means that a person is rendered temporarily incapable of appraising or controlling his or her conduct whether this condition is produced by illness, defect, the influence of a substance or from some other cause. S.C. Code Ann. § 16-3-651(f).

  • Communicable disease means an illness caused by an infectious agent or its toxins that occurs through the direct or indirect transmission of the infectious agent or its products from an infected individual or via an animal, vector or the inanimate environment to a susceptible animal or human host.

  • Emergency expulsion means the removal of a student from school because the student’s statements or behavior pose an immediate and continuing danger to other students or school personnel, or an immediate and continuing threat of material and substantial disruption of the educational process, subject to the requirements in WAC 392-400-510 through 392-400-530

  • Anticipated Termination Date Any Distribution Date on which it is anticipated that the Trust Fund will be terminated pursuant to Section 9.01(c) of this Agreement.

  • Permanent total disability means incapacity because of accidental injury or occupational disease to earn any wages in any employment for which the employee may become physically suited and reasonably fitted by education, training or experience, including vocational rehabilitation; loss of both hands, or both feet, or both legs, or both eyes, or any two thereof, shall constitute permanent total disability;

  • Permanent radiographic installation means an enclosed shielded room, cell, or vault, not located at a temporary jobsite, in which radiography is performed.
