Permit Matrix definition

Permit Matrix means the Permits that the Operator is obliged to obtain and maintain pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, as set out in paragraph ‎14 of ‎schedule 1 – Operator's Obligations;

Examples of Permit Matrix in a sentence

  • Meet the requirements of the Child Development Permit Matrix (included in this Agreement as Appendix A) and/or child care licensing regulations.

  • The CONTRACTOR will be paid $46.00 per enrolled unit of course work, which meets requirements of the Child Development Permit Matrix and/or child care licensing regulations to the maximum stated in Paragraph IB.

  • Any other Permits required to execute the Work that are not listed on the Permit matrix in Exhibit J-1 or identified in Exhibit J-2, Owner Permit Matrix as an Owner Permit are the responsibility of EPC Contractor and shall be obtained and maintained in accordance with Article 4 of the EPC Contract.

  • Data matrix means a two-dimensional matrix symbology, which is made up of square or, in some cases, round modules arranged within a perimeter finder pattern and uses the Error Checking and Correction 200 (ECC200) specification found within International Standards Organization (ISO)/International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 16022.

  • Project Description means the document that describes the Project's Reduction activities and that uses either the VCS Project Description Template or the project description template specified by the relevant Approved GHG Program;

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Annual Operating Plan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 15.3(b)(i).

  • Standard operating procedure means a written document that provides detailed instructions for the performance of all aspects of an analysis, operation, or action.
