Permitted Discharge definition
Permitted Discharge means a Trade Waste discharge that has been approved by, or is acceptable to, the Wastewater Authority and as long as it has the physical and chemical Characteristics which comply with the requirements of the Wastewater Authority standard as defined in Schedule 1A of this bylaw.

For the avoidance of doubt, in connection with any termination that is not a Permitted Discharge, the Company would pay the End of Term Bonus.
In the event of Permitted Discharge of Executive's employment at any time, or in the event the Executive terminates her employment with the Company under Section 5(e), Executive shall be entitled only to receive her base salary accrued but not paid through the date of termination, reimbursement for properly submitted expenses, and payment for any accrued, but unused vacation days, and the Company shall have no further obligations to Executive.
