Permitted Foreign Receivables Facility definition

Permitted Foreign Receivables Facility with respect to any Foreign Subsidiary, any factoring and accounts receivables financing facilities of such Foreign Subsidiary.
Permitted Foreign Receivables Facility means, solely with respect to Foreign Securitization Assets, any Permitted Receivables Facility; provided that the Attributable Indebtedness outstanding at any time of all such Permitted Foreign Receivables Facilities shall not exceed the greater of $100,000,000 or 26.00% of LTM Consolidated EBITDA (as of the date incurred).
